anws....todae trainin super tiring....me tersa had to do 300m all out...than 200m all out..than jog 5 rounds which we cant even walk like for awhile la...zzz

after trainin went to watch movie which was super the boring...zzz....no plot one sia...zzz...then later all follow one person to marina to buy shoe that is not even there la...zzz
